Breaking change:

the property Measurement:visualDistance is converted to a method :getVisualDistance() for setting parameters.

Changes:

improved TreeLoader: more robust mappers and trackers, better insertion order
new Viewport methods: prependChild
new Component methods: sortByDepth, bringToFront, sentToBack, bringAbove, sendBelow
improved Viewport:measureNearest
