in order to make the end of the game, its time to make the final maps of the hell region. I think that, to get to the father of garnet and the final boss, will be required 10 maps at least, that will be:

3 tunnel maps: one main tunnel to connect the end of the stairs where the map ends now with the underground of the 1st map of hell area (where are the red enemies) another to connect the same tunnel to the black tower. And a third one to connect the tunnel to the area where Garnet's father will be (Prometheus). He will be surrounded and stuck. The area where Prometheus will be will have a final boss similar to the one with the 2nd member of his group. Final stage boss, but not yet the final game boss. And, afther these maps (and the ones within the black tower, 3 floors at least), the map of the final boss. Purple and black will dominate this area.

In Dante's inferno terms, the hell region where our characters are is not the hell, but the purgatory, where souls prepare themselves to go to hell or to heaven. The stigean lagoon is there because of that. The area where Garnet begins is the purgatory previous to greed hell whit souls lost in the mid, between heaven or hell, for souls who may go to heaven but still carry the weight of greed. The area where Garnet can go and is less menacing, is a weak version of the lust purgatory. beyond the black wall would be the hard version of lust purgatory. In Dante, lust is one of the 1st circles of hell, the less dangerous. Beside that one is gluttony. Under greed, where the group of Prometheus is looking for the main villain, is Wrath, where the main villain actually is. Thats the reason of the stairs at the end of the "hell area" right now. There is a need to still go lower. The orc chief that Garnet finds in a room is also stairs below greed. He had a greed soul and also has wrath for his behaivour.

Renamed map 351 to 353 to fit with other maps.

The idea (not explicitly explained in the game) is that the "hell area" corresponds to the limbo (which theorically still let souls go to the living realm). I mean.. i guess that you know about the mitology of ghosts, souls who are attached to the living realm and unable to go to the "other side". His area would be some kind of purgatory, that is previous to heaven (or hell in this case). This is the area portrayed in the game. But with the same structure than dante's hell. is a purgatory in floors or levels. In this structure, Garnet reaches the greed purgatory (and the ghosts that she meets there are of this kind), divided in two sides, one with tendency to heaven and one with tendency to hell. But at the end, are souls attached to the living realm because of greed. According to Dante, below greed is wrath. and is there that will be the final boss, because is wrath what defines him. And he uses souls from the upper floor (lust) to possess beings from the living realm to attack people (like Garnet) with magic, in order to cut its purity and hence, their magic powers. So: map 353 is the hellish are of the greed purgatory, that will be filled with merchant souls, but so obssessed that it seems a bit like an asylum, more or less. The map is done, the characters are on their position, and i need now to addapt their dresses and well, basically give to them their personality. And then the dialogues. the green demons (enemies) that were in this area will be moved to the wrath area. The two demons that guarded the entrance would be better on the lust region. But this kind of details (events and scenes) are the last thing to do. This area corresponds in map size and characteristics to its equivalent in the purgatory heavenly greed area. Is not very big. So ill need to add a bit of underground, to fit a kind of market there. Intention is to put thieves, npc's that lies, bad commercial trades (in which they sell with lies something without real value in exchange for something with lot of value).. this is purgatory greed hell side after all. So is in this that im workig right now. I think that will be cool on the game when will be finished.
