Added hourglass-item #7

The hourglass to pick up can be found in Garnet's House, upper floor. On the table next to her diary.

I'll check it out and thanks in advance. A detailed description of all the changes done would be helpfull. A new icon goes to the pictures folder, i guess, as example. And the new file it should have a name. And if you have modified something in the code, at least saying where. To me is easier to check it this way. After that, if is all correct, i don't have any problem on do the merging. Then i'll update too the changelog on your regard.

I didn't add new icons, but used an existing one as a placeholder (looks more like a salt shaker, upon closer inspection).

All changes were made inside the XP-Database-Editor - The item has the Number 125 and uses Common Event 250. It can be picked up at "Garnets House - Upstairs" on the table near the diary.
