Use a logging tag #34

Currently the log messages show up like this in /var/log/ltm:

Apr 27 15:56:46 localhost info logger[1133]: f5.automated_backup iApp ucsarchive: FINISHED

It would be nice to see something other than logger as the tag, for example, replace it with f5.automated_backup
