Option to view pipelines and jobs as a tree #47

It would be great if the jobs and pipelines can be view as a tree. Perhaps also able to define the character separator to use when splitting the segments. By default it should be "/" which works great when the Folder plugin is used in Jenkins but someone might want to use "_" also.

@rkiss , the first request is a bit more involved, but the second request of being able to control the folder separator is easily done. I think that would be helpful visually. I'm going to slate this change for 1.1.3.
