Quicker menu display - "Properties" not work for Computer, Recycle Bin and library #313

Please help to solve this problem. Thanks.

"Properties" and "Add a network location" commands do not work for Computer, Recycle Bin and any library. computer recycle lib

The above problem is solved in version 1.15.

I find another problem: Some system folders (Libraries, User Profile and Control Panel) originally do not have the "Properties" command, but it appears in the quicker menus.

If the command is chosen, TE will show an error prompt. 20220114_114129

Please see if the command can be hidden in these cases.

After a second thought, I suggest that "quicker menu" should NOT be applicable to these system folders at all (BOTH context menus of file item and tree item), since the original menus are already short enough (shorter than the "quicker") and show only applicable items.

I have tried version 1.16. "Quicker menu" is now correctly inapplicable to any system folder in a file list. However it still unexpectedly shows in FOLDER TREE: tree
