Adding "Number or %" hint to Height text fields. #350

This adds a "Number or %" hint to the text fields in the "Favorites Bar" addon and the "Side Tree View" addon.

@tablacus , what do I need to do in order to request that you include this in TablacusExplorerAddons? I have not used Github like this before.
