Add-on title capitalization #354

Are the naming conventions for add-on titles documented?

Some have sentence case ("Inner breadcrumbs address bar"). Some have title case ("Inner Refresh"). Some are a mixture, which I am sure is a mistake ("Inner New folder").

It seems that most add-ons use sentence case, so that is what I am going to use, unless someone can provide documentation to the contrary.

When I started using TE in 2017, the captions are in title case. Since 1 or 2 years ago, the author has been changing them to sentence case, but some to mixture.
