Environment information:

TabPy release: 3.9

Describe the issue I have a fix for an open issue but Github says I don't have access to the repository for me to push my branch. Should I fork or what contribution model do you have for people who are not direct contributors to the repository? Can you explain how this works in CONTRIBUTING.md?
