Blank Pages When Opening a Dashboard #2

Our team has successfully created connected apps following your YouTube tutorials. The initial page displays a list of favorite dashboards as expected. However, we're encountering an issue: when selecting a dashboard from the list, the app only shows a blank screen instead of loading the dashboard content

hmm so I can see that the view name is showing up "SALES ACHIEVEMENT DASHBOARD", so that tells me we're able to make REST API calls to fetch the metadata just fine. The issue is likely related to access controls within Tableau. Is your Tableau connected app scoped to certain projects only? Also, what device (desktop, android, iphone, etc) and app (teams desktop, web browser, mobile app) are you using?
