Add fix for query graphs. Crosslinks should work now in TLV #111

The includes javascript function is not supported by the QT WebViewer control. Because of this, crosslinks were not working in the embedded query graphs of TLV. The bug was fixed in the query-graphs project and this is copying the TLV bundle in the tableau-log-viewer codebase
