Please delete the packages/sass dir... it was an experiment that didn't go anywhere useful

@richsilv i've merged your transitions work into this branch, is good to merge to master tomorrow I reckon.

There is a know issue with the footer positioning at the moment, related to the page height and the transition magic. The footer is added in the layout, and I'd like it to be at the document bottom or window bottom whichever is furthest away, but the transition container doesn't have a height. Some braining to do.
