How to identify repos we can edit #5

Put a magic string in the repo description (I'm voting for :robot which'll get rendered as a robot head emoji one day.)
Look for a config, or keyword in a package.json at the root of the project
Something else?

Put a magic string in the repo description (I'm voting for :robot which'll get rendered as a robot head emoji one day.)

The big advantage of this is that it's available in the data you get back when you harvest a user's repos from the API. To look for a config or keyword in package.json there would be an extra API call for every repo to work out if we care about them.
