[GOT-91] Add a xkEVM #509

There are some options to explore. We have some potential users that are wanting support for zkEVM.

I am interested in this issue, I just want to do some integration with scroll-tech ZKEVM. May I try this one?

Hey @GrapeBaBa! Thanks for expressing your interest in adding in Srocll ZKEVM. We definitely want to support the ZKEVMs in the future. However, at this point, since we are resource constrained, we are prioritizing based on the number of developers who want to build with Tableland using that EVM chain. Do you have a concrete project that you want to build with Tableland? If so, we would be happy to support you on this. Otherwise, I would ask you to please stay tuned.
