Summary

Fixes jumpy navbar going from the landing to your team/project homepage. Also, adds skeleton loaders for breadcrumb nav to fix jumpy behavior.

Details

Here are screengrabs of the before & after (I'm reloading/refreshing the page in each of the videos). To test it out yourself, it's easiest to do things in incognito mode because things aren't cached there, so you'll see the default behavior.
