New team and project forms in sheet + related improvements #240

Moved new team and new project forms into slide out sheet.
New validators package that holds shared Zod schemas
- Shared Zod schemas are so far the ones that reference sqlite keywords list and restricted slugs list
Validate table names using Tableland SDK helper function
Validate team, project, and table names against restricted slugs and sqlite keywords
Improved InputWithCheck component that can display errors from server, including Zod validation errors
Require at least one column and no more than 24 when creating a table definition
Update registration dialog to use a proper <form> element, validation, and error display
Better wording on import table form
Redirect to user team page on wallet connection if already authenticated
Removed some annoying console logs

Found a bug related to redirecting to user's personal page on wallet connection... Will have a fix here shortly.

Ok @joewagner I replied to your review comments. Fixed a couple things, commented that we do some other things as a separate project. Let me know what you think.
