The closest icon that could currently be used to represent hockey is the ice-skating icon. Though this icon looks more like a figure skate and doesn't closely resemble hockey in my opinion.
I think a hockey puck icon would look something like the cylinder icon, but with a lot less height.
I have something like this in mind, but of course you can make any tweaks that you like.
