Sometimes on downloading files when file downloaded but not cause any FileDownload event #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. upload many move seed files on www.rmdown.com
2. i wan't download it in another place
3. navigate to download url and do a virtual click in the download button in 
documentcomplete event
4. sometimes i see that filedownloaded but not cause filedownload event seems 
to be all stop

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What are the OS and IE versions?
windows 7  and ie 9.0
What version of the product are you using?
2.0.0.2
