The main HTML has a meta-refresh in it that loads the content app. We need to have something else running that checks the state of this main HTML doc and if this is stuck ( due to errors etc ) we need to recover. So, and in other words, if the HTML/JS has errors in the inner app, then we need to provide a means for recovery.
