Add "Loading" notice after submit #101

Calculating function responses can take a couple seconds; but the site appears unresponsive in that time, possibly causing multiple clicks on submit (which is bad).

We should:

  1. Disable the submit buttons while the computation is being performed. Possibly all other buttons as well.
  2. Grey out submit button, or whole left pane or otherwise indicate that things are loading.

Performance appears to be good enough in Milestone newGUI to not need this.
