Add 'Input View', similar to well view, but not time shifted and showing time points as circles #117

We should decide whether to add this or not soon, as it would be a figure panel. I vote yes. We're calling it Experiment View now right? That's going to be a bit confusing when trying to describe experiments vs Experiments. I say this from the perspective of writing the paper.

I also vote yes, but it's a matter of whether or not there will be time to implement it. I estimate it will take a few solid days of work to rewrite the relevant parts of the code and do all the testing, but would be a good addition to the project.

Karl - can you give us a deadline? That will determine if it happens. I personally probably won't be able to do this in the next week.

I will pull a deadline out of my butt and say 2 weeks. Basically it would have to get done by when we send out the paper, which is not happening for a couple weeks. At least....
