Make the arb input table appear nice #163

I have a finished version of the HandsOnTable implemented, it doesn't work with the simulation yet, but the input side is finalized. It needs to be integrated with the rst of the page nicely. It has a variety of settings which are dictated here. Furthermore you can use any of the settings listed on this page: https://github.com/handsontable/handsontable/wiki/Options

@felixekn On my screen, it still needs a little adjusting

Seems to cut off the right side of the second col
Also appears to have dual scroll bars on both the top and side, of which one set is fixed/unchangable.

Overall, looks better tho!
