Well selection marker in plate view (white circle) is not removed when a new well is clicked

1. Enter valid program
2. Select other wells in plate view

--> All wells that have ever been selected will appear with a white dashed circle around them.

Note that some changes to the inputs appear to clear all selection circles, leaving only the most recently selected one (the correct one) remaining. But, subsequent selections of other wells still show the erroeous behavior.
