Enable long experiment durations (> 1 day) #182

Can enable long duration experiments by increasing step size from 1s to 10s to keep LPF file sizes reasonable. File size may still increase however, so we should check what the download file size limits are for all the browsers we want to support.

@castillohair Can you verify what the hardware limitations on file size are for LPF files?
