Number of evenly spaced samples skips the t=0 time point #195

Relatedly, 'Delay until first time point' doesn't actually delay the first (earliest) time point, it only changes the spacing between later time points.

CSV of timepoints appears to make every time point off by 1 minute (in a 23-min run). For example, the 1 min time point in the 23 min run is off by 1 min (seeming to be at 0min).

Ok, I double-checked all these things and it seems like I was mistaken, probably had the 'time into run at which step occurs' wrong. One thing that is broken is updating the experiment well number indication when a CSV of timepoints is used. I'll make a separate issue for that.
