Tooltip on total program duration does not appear

Despite all error validation working correctly on the 'time' parameter (total program duration), the tooltip still does not appear. Probably a dumb little bug, but no idea where it's coming from.

Things I've checked:

• Validation is happening correctly -- invalid inputs are getting marked as such with the correct error object in the formController. The download button is hidden when invalid input times are entered.
• The title element of the text box is getting updated correctly when the input is invalid. This means that the two-way binding is correct and working.
• Other tooltips (in waveforms) are displaying correctly.

Same seems to be true of the tooltips I've added to the wavelength (LED) selectors. Very frustrating.

Both for duration and the selectors The tooltip divs exist ,they just appear at the top left of the page in a non-visible form. Not sure why this is happening, I will continue looking into it.
