Enable randomization & programming of only a subset of wells #201

My initial inclination is to relegate this to a Python custom workflow, but since both of them have requested it, I'll add it here.

Basically, they'd like to be able to only randomize part of the plate, whether that be based on inputs (only some experiments) or plate position (only some wells). Creating UI for this might be annoying.

As of Friday, being able to eliminate arbitrary wells from the plate has become a Publication-priority issue. Brian and I have been implementing this in the select_wells branch.

As of 4a05b09785e4a5010c60e486b9374e95b1790ddc, this is implemented and tested. Will be live soon.
