Add link to report a bug in the title bar or bottom right #226

Don't really care where it goes, but it should be more obvious than digging through the documentation to get a GitHub link.

Are we expecting people to submit bug reports straight to github? Thats a bit user unfriendly, I'd suggest we just set up an email for bugs instead

I'm fine with this. Can you set one up (preferably a Rice.edu address if possible) and work with Felix to find a good spot for it on the page?
