Zoom drag tool issue #261

In well view, when zooming close to either axis, if you drag on to or past the axis, the drag box disappears. This means that you have to be very very careful when dragging close to the axis, and possibly that you cannot zoom to 0 in x or y.

Unfortunately, I believe this is likely an issue with the graphing package we are using, and not related to any code we have written. As such I have no clue where to even start to try to address this, so this is likely an issue we are going to have to live with.

I also checked and we are up to date on that software package so that is not the issue.
