add color palette option for channel color #262

Coloring the channels red and green can be confusing to new users. We should have a color palette so you can customize the colors. The most important thing this does is tells people that Iris is agnostic about your particular LEDs.

A few points:

  1. If you enter in custom wavelengths LED color will change dependent on the wavelength
  2. We can change the default from red/green to something else if another color setup is nicer

In general I don't think this is worth our time to do. And the documentation does specify that it is false coloring.

@SynbioLucas @felixekn Do you guys feel the desire to code this?

I agree with Brian's points. Unless this is something Jeff & Karl think is really important, I don't see myself prioritizing this feature.
