Fix "Fill by rows" dropdown CSS #268

Currently on both my work desktop and surface laptop The dropdown is bumped down to the next row. The following screenshot was taken at 100% zoom in up to date chrome on windows.

Appear to be having the same issue with the close experiment 'X' button, as of 5e621ca26d51a112aaa83c08596c5f728a1573a8. See below:

This appears to be caused by setting the display element to block, even though I'm pretty sure that's what it was set as before?

Fill By Rows dropdown fixed in commit 653b2de813e93a4b757e24e50ae8b7aa4b442820
