Should we enable deselecting wells in SS mode? #289

If we're not supporting this in SS mode, then we need to remove the user's ability to mess up things by deselecting wells and putting a big red X in the way.

I'm not sure it makes much sense to support deselecting wells in SS mode, since the user would just put 0 intensities in those wells instead.

I might be able to make those cells read only and 0. Would that be a good solution?
