User should be able to input an array of intensities within a Step Function #97

Just like in the constant function, the user should be able to specify an array of step intensities. This would allow the user to easily program unique step intensities for x number of wells within a light device. Currently the user has to make a new step function for any well that requires a unique step magnitude.
