Add support to imageIndex and diskNum parameters #15

I went ahead and modified some things to meet the pipeline needs we talked about, hope you like what I did here. Thanks!

New feature:

Add "diskNum" and "imageIndex" as optional parameters to use.

Expected behavior:

If you use the new parameters it should run without user input and it should print in the screen the chosen options.
If you don't use the new parameters it should ask for user input and print the options range on the screen (as before).

@axgch - I've reviewed all the changes and made adjustments to improve readability and cleared out some duplication of code. Overall I'm quite happy with the changes - please just check out the review and advise.

I'm really happy too! Thanks for the adjustments, it's really better now. It will be nice to be able to use this version from the gallery.
