Based on the quick POC from https://github.com/tabular-io/iceberg-kafka-connect/compare/main...ajantha-bhat:iceberg-kafka-connect:nessie.
Later I will refactor the Integration tests to accamodate multiple catalogs and raise PR for Nessie integration tests.
