Perpetual swaps

Perpetual swaps are not far from a margin account. The main change is it would be trading a derivative.

From start to finish I imagine the flow being:

Gov proposal to mint a new derivative. This would be a derivative of anything that has a price.
The mint is given to the margin account, but the token technically has a value of 0. The tokens represent a contract of 1 dollar.
User creates an obligation account.
- This obligation is a sort of collateral for the system.
Now the user can trade on specified markets up to 100x or more. This would depend on the protocol and how risk it is willing to take.
For the user to close out the position they must sell the contracts, to receive their original deposit back.
