Change arrows in fancyscroller to use transparent arrows like tidings and communi #2

Since discussion came up to use fancyscroller also in tweetian see morpog comment

I think we better use those transparent arrows also in jolla2gether so all apps look similar :)

Sure it's ok. I originally took FancyScroller from Cargodoc https://github.com/pycage/cargodock/blob/master/qml/pages/FancyScroller.qml. Not sure if he was the first one to add it? Then found that Webcat also have it (looks like copied from cargodoc) but it's colored there and I took that one then as it was more visible..

If you have it polished already just push it, otherwise I will do it when adding some other new stuff working on currently.

I pushed a fix to this along with other small fixes and posted new version to harbour. Written also release notes and roadmap pages to wiki https://github.com/tace/jolla2gether/wiki
