replaced Oxhead references #1

JSX templates should be fine.

Also changed get-tez references to @tacoinfra. That needs to be set up and deployed on npm - we seem to own that account, but I can't find the access credentials?

This repo has been imported from https://github.com/oxheadalpha/tezos-faucet/ - does it need secrets or other settings added/changed?

Looks good, but we'll need to have the ability to push to tacoinfra npm account, before we deploy this version. No secrets needed. The only action pushing a container to GHCR: https://github.com/tacoinfra/tezos-faucet/blob/main/.github/workflows/build_container.yml
