Apply changes in global media library tab live #50

To be consistent with the pms behaviour, apply changes made in global media library tab when they change rather then when saving

This has been fixed in commits 17b382da79c01cccb950e7e36dbcbbeaf8629c38 and b20eaa47d8caa7486e33e60e377078455dda0aa2
