env: okteto: support custom domain #119

Hi Kamil,

We no longer offer custom domains as part of the Starter plan of Okteto SaaS.

I recommend that you take a look at our Scale and Enterprise plans. They are a good fit if you are planning on having a full team using Okteto, and you don't want to worry about running your infrastructure.

If that's not a good fit for you, the Starter plan for Okteto Self-Hosted is free for up to three users. It runs on your Kubernetes Cluster, so you have full control of quotas, access control, policies, etc. We also have paid versions if you need support, or are planning to deploy Okteto at scale.
