Rename 'Language' to 'Reference' #143

And, probably, flatten the structure: /language/ref/common would become /ref/common, etc.

This will take a lot of redirects, hold on :)

Actually, I've been going back in forth on renaming Language to Library, as it would:

  1. Fit nicely into the Book, Cookbook, Library line-up
  2. Indicate, that it gets deeper into the language and its APIs
  3. Still contain API Reference, Standard Libraries, Specification and Evolution sub-sections nicely

I think that Library is still confusing and Reference is standard, e.g. https://doc.rust-lang.org/reference/
