ci: Extend /ecosystem with resources and projects from awesome-tact #90

This is a bit tricky -- we need to make sure /ecosystem and awesome-tact are in sync. Any ideas how to ensure this in CI or otherwise?

Also, /ecosystem needs to somehow extend awesome-tact and not just duplicate the format of links with short descriptions. We also should not just copy the documentation of the projects and tools listed there.

We might want to add some use-case examples or do something else. Any ideas here would be greatly appreciated.
