Looks like we should introduce subsections in our changelog: docs, api, language, stdlib, etc

Inside "Added", "Changed", "Fixed" (h4) or as separate headings (h3)? I think that only docs contribute too much changes to warrant a new section, but I might be wrong :)

it would be also easier to provide info relevant to third party tools like Misti or TON Intellij IDEA plugin
