Using Tact requires iCloud Drive #37

I’m signed into iCloud, yet I have disabled all iCloud services, including iCloud Drive. When running Tact I get the following message:

If I enable iCloud Drive, I’m able to run Tact without issues.

No recent changes. Remains an open bug. Filed with Apple as FB8994677.

Info from this year’s WWDC says this problem will disappear in iOS 17 and macOS 14.
