Speech to text #1771

As an editor, I would like to have a rough text transcription of incoming voice messages so that I can sift through them more quickly. A good example is handling of voice-messages in slack.

Do you have an idea how to do this? I assume by using a speech to text API? Has someone researched on the cost structure of the existing APIs? Any policies/restrictions/requirements from tech and legal perspective regarding the possible APIs?
