fix bug with replacing links in <a href=''/> #36

Could you give a badcase for this bug? I'm trying to fix this one.

Hi Efremov,

We've just updated the package with tests, and published the v.0.3.0 can you please rebase and add the proper unit tests, so we can make sure that you changes don't break the rest of the code.
