I don't know why it successfully start the transcription, but no remote user join in #2

Hey mate, hope you are doing well

I have followed your all steps with the blog: https://www.agora.io/en/blog/build-a-video-call-app-with-subtitles/ And also use your demo codes, but it's not working. Even back end server returns 200 with correct taskId and builderToken, still no any bot user join in and no any subtitles show up.

I have asked in Agora slack chat, your colleague answered me we need cloud service to support the real time transcripition, and I have deployed an AWS S3 bucket service but still not working. Could you please help me solve the problem?

Hey, I am no longer working at Agora, but I do remember that you have to have Speech-to-Text enabled by the team. I wonder if that is the issue
