Formations Factory closed down #16

Formations Factory website appears to have been closed down and references Rapid Formations website. Are you familiar with/would you recommend their service?

Hey, unfortunately I'm not familiar with their services and I'm not sure what they offer would match 1:1 with the Formations Factory services. What I'm currently using is https://www.companiesmadesimple.com but I'm not 100% happy with their services (rather spammy and try to up-sell, poor UI, letter forwarding is not great).

I'm open to suggestions

Glad you posted this as I was about to use Companies Made Simple. I used them previously quite a few years ago but did not use any of the forwarding services just the company formation. I'm keen to hear any other recommendations.
