[Bug] [Mistwood] [Mayberry Matriarch] Synergy with Farms #44

Mayberry Matriarch should give extra points when paired with a Husband and player has a Farm. Currently it works only with basic farms, but should also take into consideration Summer Farm (no space) and McGregor's Market
