implement press/release feature #2

I was able to implement press/release feature (not too complicated even if I don't know much things in C :smile:), but sometimes after using it I'm not able to click in windows anymore without restarting Sway (reload is not enough, I have to kill the session too). Even the cursor doesn't change when it reach a button or a text field in a browser. I don't know why.

Presumably this PR can be closed, since the project has been ported to Rust now?

Yeah unfortunately for some reason this approach is really buggy.
